Bruce Archibald

BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE

Born 1954 in Montreal. Grade school in Vancouver and Portland Oregon, where I attended "Camp Hancock," a paleontology summer camp for teenagers. High school in Durban, South Africa. Returned to Canada, attended art school in Vancouver in the mid 70's. Worked in various media (music, film, TV) until the late 80's, became a longshoreman (8 years). Enrolled at Simon Fraser University in 1995, graduated in Biology in 1998. Entered graduate programme at Harvard to study fossil insects in 1999.
