Giuseppe Müller (1880-1964)

BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE

Zara (now Zadar) Croatia, born 24 April 1880 and died in Trieste 21 September 1964. Curator (1921-28) and afterward director (1928-45) of the Trieste Museum. Very clever entomologist, published 243 works, mostly on taxonomy and faunistics of Coleoptera. Formed an important collection.
